Salary: £13.35 per hour

Location: Twr y Felin Hotel, St Davids, Pembrokeshire, SA62 6QT

Working pattern: Part-time, permanent. 22.5 hours per week, 7:30am-12pm five days per week across a seven-day rota including weekends, bank holidays and key seasonal periods such as Christmas and Easter.

About the role

We are looking for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our enthusiastic and dedicated team at Blas Restaurant, Twr y Felin Hotel. You will be responsible for supervising the daily breakfast service, delivering a consistently high level of guest service and ensuring smooth front of house operations throughout the morning.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supervising the daily operation of the restaurant floor during breakfast service, anticipating guests' needs to deliver exceptional quality of service
  • Acknowledging regular guests and building relationships with all guests
  • Taking and posting orders accurately and efficiently, including allergies and preferences
  • Ensuring the breakfast buffet is well stocked with fresh items throughout service
  • Explaining the menu and ingredients to suit individual guest tastes
  • Maintaining a professional and helpful image, ensuring full cooperation with colleagues across all departments
  • Supporting event operations including weddings, Christmas, New Year, Easter and bank holidays

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar front of house or supervisory role preferable
