Hello, My client in the Llanelli area is currently seeking a CNC Miller Programmer due to expansion. We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join our team, ideally with experience in Solid CAM and Mazatrol programming. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines, as well as performing a variety of machining operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC machines, and be able to read and interpret engineering drawings. Additionally, they should possess strong problem-solving skills and demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A key aspect of this role involves independently overcoming setup issues and ensuring smooth operation without requiring external assistance.

Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC Milling machines to produce parts according to customer specifications.
- Ensuring strict adherence to both quality and health & safety standards.
- Set up and program CNC Mills.
- Maintaining machines, including coolant and oil changes.
- Machining different materials ranging from Aluminium to Inconel.
- Perform quality checks on parts produced.
- Maintain accurate records of production data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with CNC machines.
