Retirement Villages Group is seeking a motivated Fitness Coach for Paramount Place, our new retirement community in Tunbridge Wells. You will run group and one-to-one sessions across the hydrotherapy pool, E-Gym, and Fitness Studio to help residents stay active and independent.
You will conduct fitness assessments, tailor programmes, and support a diverse resident community. A Level 3 Fitness Instructor qualification is expected; Level 3 PT is desirable, with DBS and related training provided
