We are looking for a passionate and people-focused Sales Consultant to join our team, supporting two of our established retirement villages - Charters Village in East Grinstead and Gradwell Park in South Chailey. Our communities are home to vibrant, welcoming residents who enjoy beautiful surroundings, high-quality homes, and a fulfilling lifestyle. You will play a key role in helping new residents find their ideal home and begin their next chapter within these thriving villages.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the full resale journey - from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Provide exceptional, personal customer care to prospective residents and their families, guiding them every step of the way.
- Convert enquiries into viewings, offers, and completions, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Present the lifestyle, amenities, and benefits of living within Charters Village and Gradwell Park with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Build trusted relationships with homeowners, residents, and colleagues to ensure smooth transactions and positive experiences.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow processes to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Liaise closely with Village Managers and the wider operations team to deliver seamless handovers and move-ins.
- Support local marketing and community events to raise awareness of available homes and drive interest.
- Represent RVG's values of community, care, and excellence in everything you do.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property sales - ideally in resales, estate agency, or retirement living.
- A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, organised, and self-motivated approach.
- Excellent negotiation and closing ability.
- Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools.
- Flexibility to work weekends as required.
- A full UK driving licence.
