We are seeking a warm, friendly, and motivated Hospitality Assistant to join our friendly team based at Castle Village. This is a part‑time position working 24 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring our residents, visitors, and customers have memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver food, beverage, and retail services to RVG standards, maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.
  • Provide residents and visitors with a warm and professional welcome, anticipating and meeting their hospitality needs.
  • Handle enquiries, issues, and complaints courteously and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
  • Work effectively as part of the village team to deliver high‑quality service and build strong relationships with residents.
  • Contribute ideas for improving menus, services, and operational processes.
  • Support the achievement of food and beverage revenue targets using established systems and processes.
  • Maintain and update personal skills, accreditations, and knowledge of industry best practices.
