Are you warm, organised and proactive, with a natural ability to make people feel welcome? Retirement Villages Group is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join the team at The Willowbury, our vibrant retirement village in West Malling. This is a 20-hour-per-week role, working across 2 full days and 1 x 5-hour day. The working days can be flexible and may include some weekends, so we’re looking for someone who can offer flexibility around their availability.
As one of the first points of contact for our residents, visitors and colleagues, you’ll play an important role in creating a friendly, welcoming and well-organised village environment. Alongside reception duties, you’ll provide administrative support to help the village run smoothly.
The Role
- Welcome and assist residents, visitors and colleagues with warmth and professionalism
- Manage incoming calls and support the village’s security and access procedures
- Coordinate meeting rooms, guest suites and parking bookings
- Maintain site directories and other administrative records
- Support fire and emergency procedures as a first responder
- Provide general administrative support to the village team
- Assist the General Manager with payroll administration and other tasks as required
About You
- Previous experience in reception, administration or customer service
- Warm, friendly and confident when dealing with people
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage a range of tasks
- Comfortable using IT systems and handling confidential information
- A team player who takes pride in delivering excellent service
- Flexible and happy to work across different days, including some weekends
