Responsibilities

  • Safely transport residents to appointments, activities and social outings using the company minibus.
  • Assist residents as they board and disembark from the minibus, prioritising their comfort and safety.
  • Adhere to an organised transportation schedule to ensure timely pick‑ups and drop‑offs.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of the minibus and promptly report any maintenance issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of the minibus’s interior.
  • Perform various maintenance tasks including minor repairs, changing lightbulbs and other general upkeep duties.
  • Contribute to the overall maintenance and visual appeal of the community’s facilities and grounds.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
  • Experience in driving, particularly in a healthcare or senior living context, is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of traffic regulations and safety protocols.
