The ideal candidate: We are excited to be recruiting for a skilled and dedicated Facilities Manager to oversee our property and grounds maintenance here at Roseland Retirement Village. Ensuring that our beautiful village remains a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all residents, staff, and visitors. This is a full-time role working 5 days per week - 37.5 hours per week. Flexibility will be required as you will be required any 5 days out of 7 (some weekends included). In this hands-on role, you will work as part of the Village Management Team to uphold the highest standards of service delivery, compliance, and customer experience. You'll lead a small team of Estates Operatives and contractors to ensure our buildings, equipment, and grounds remain well-maintained and compliant, while creating a warm and supportive community where residents can truly thrive.
