Community Co-ordinator - Part Time

Charters Retirement Village based in East Grinstead the lookout for a Community Co-ordinator on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). This is a crucial role as the Community Co-ordinator will take ownership for being the main point of contact and you will be responsible for resident and local community engagement, offering one point of call for the residents and communications to our residents. You will be the driving force around maintaining exceptional levels of customer service for residents and their families. Key Responsibilities: Providing open and transparent communications between the residents and the village management team through technology, newsletters, bulletins Work collaboratively with the village Residents\’ Association and its elected Committee and Officers Facilitate the village community engagement plan Assist with the move in process of new residents Work with residents and village staff to ensure a wide varied programme of activities Build working relationships with external providers, suppliers and organisations within the local community What are we looking for?
