Location: Enfield, NH
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 37.5 hours per week
Contract Dates: August 2025 – June 2026 (2025–2026 School Year)

Blazer Jobs is seeking a certified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, school-based role in Enfield, NH. This position is ideal for a compassionate professional dedicated to supporting the health and functional needs of students.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and support tailored to individual student health needs
 - Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement health plans and interventions in accordance with district and IEP requirements
 - Regularly communicate with parents, teachers, and team members to exchange updates and support strategies
 - Conduct ongoing assessments of student health and wellness using formal and informal tools
 - Prepare for and actively participate in IEP meetings and other relevant discussions related to student health services
 
Requirements
- Valid New Hampshire LPN license
 - Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
 - Strong understanding of student health care needs, medication administration, and emergency procedures
 - Ability to work collaboratively and maintain consistent documentation
