The Company - A specialist legal recruitment firm established in 2007 is looking to onboard 6 individuals in their next cohort! We partner with leading law firms, banks, corporates and financial services institutions working across the globe. Founded by 2 individuals with over 35 years of experience in the industry combined. You will have the opportunity to learn from industry leaders, learning all the tips and tricks on how to be successful in the industry. With plans to open a US office in the next two years, this means that any individuals who join the business and are interested in relocating will be provided the opportunity!
What Is On Offer For You?
- £28k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £55k
- Exceptional training programme delivered by the partners to get you up and running and earning yourself good commission fast!
- One individual in their first year has earned £73k!
- 27 days holiday plus a two week break over the Christmas break!

What The Role Involves?
- Client & Candidate Management: Build and maintain client relationships, understand hiring needs, and manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
- Sourcing & Screening: Use various methods to find candidates, screen resumes, and conduct interviews to ensure a good match for roles.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop client accounts, and achieve sales targets.
- Negotiation & Offer Management: Facilitate salary negotiations and manage job offers between clients and candidates.
- Market Research & Networking: Stay updated on industry trends and expand professional networks through events and networking.
