The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant Source and identify potential candidates Conduct initial candidate screenings Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the hiring process Work towards targets/KPIs The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant £25k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £55k+ Commission structure up to 30% with uncapped earnings!
