Specialising in building elite Go-To-Market teams across the software sector, they’re looking to onboard 5 ambitious entry-level professionals to join their dynamic expansion!

What’s in It for You? – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Starting salary of £27.5k with an OTE of £45k in your first year
- Salary increase to £32.5k upon your first promotion (typically 6-9 months)

- Client Engagement:
- Shadow client briefings to understand business culture, hiring needs, and expectations.
- Dive deep into role requirements and qualifications.
- Conduct in-depth market mapping to identify top companies and potential clients.
- Stay ahead of trends and industry developments.
- Attract, screen, and assess the best talent.
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients, handling references and final negotiations.
