The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Headhunting Candidates
- Sourcing candidates via cold calls, social media, job boards, referrals, etc.
- Advertising roles on behalf of clients
- Interviewing and screening candidates
- Guiding candidates through the interview process and providing feedback
Business Development
- Cold calling potential clients
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Understanding clients’ hiring needs through meetings
