The Company Youll Join Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Established in 2021 by two best friends, they have become one of the top tech firms in the recruitment world, with their top billers bringing in a revenue of over £1 million a year. Earning potential with this firm allows you to have great take home earning potential as they work with a commission structure of 40% with no threshold. You will be speaking to software developers, cloud engineers and tech analysts and placing them in their dream company. With offices in both London and Austen, they dominate the US markets, showing they are specialists and very entrusted with their clients.
The Incentives Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £27k base salary with an increase to £32k within half a year
- 40% commission structure with no threshold ON TOP of your base
- OTE in year 1 is 45k, year 2 being 70k.
- Promotion offered within 6 months as its target-based
- WFH 1-2 days a week if hitting KPIs
- Smart casual office attire

The Job Role Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Fast paced sales role that aims to match up clients and candidates and make a successful placement
- Business development sourcing your own clients and persuading them to work with you as you show them you are an expert in your field
- Market map and give clients inside information on their competitors and what their hiring plans are
- Head hunt your candidates via cold calling, networking and advertising
- Organise their interviews and take them through the process, giving them guidance throughout
- Negotiate the offer the candidate receives and make a placement to gain your commission!
The Ideal Individual for this Role Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Confident and charismatic showing your able to build great rapport with clients and candidates
- Energetic you need to be salesy and the only way to do this is to be enthusiastic about the candidate your proposing
- Competitive a sports background goes a long way show youre keen to exceed targets
- Financially driven what is your why? What is going to drive your success?
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above from a top 50 university
- Ideally some sales or client-facing experience in a previous job role
