They have also had graduates win new clients and complete £30k placements within 2 months of joining the business! (From one £30k placement you will take home £6k in commission.)

- Basic salary of £26k, rising with each promotion (£30k after one year)

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through business development
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn
- Managing the interview process from initial introductions of the candidate, interview prep, feedback, consulting etc.
- Negotiating the best contract on your candidates behalf
- Consistently building up your network and understanding market trends
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above
- Worked throughout education; part-time, internships, placement year etc.
- Naturally competitive
- Financially motivated to earn over your basic pay
- Positive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
