OTE Year 1: £50k

First Promotion: 6 months

The Company: Our client is the leading recruitment firm in the Tech space, specialising in Cloud, DevOps and Software. Two best friends started up the company 3 years ago, and have grown by 20 heads from graduate level, all of which are earning over £50k a year already. They run a great business with a strong culture, offering socials, ski trips and weekend getaways to reward their consultants for the hard work they do. With their top biller doing over £800k, this is a role you can't miss out on!

Incentives:

  • £28k base salary with an increase to £32k after promotion
  • 50% commission structure with no threshold
  • OTE Year 1 £50k; Year 2 £80k+
  • Promotion is target based; most hit it within 6 months
  • One on one training from the Founders and the MDs
  • 30 days paid holiday + birthday + bank holidays
  • Working hours 8:30am-6:30pm
  • Holiday incentives: 2x a year Ski trip and Marbella
  • Pet friendly office
  • WFH 1-2 days a week depending on level of experience
  • 10-day office closure over Christmas
  • Team socials every month if you hit your target: Ascot, Winter Wonderland, Michelin Star Restaurants

Role: Sales based role sourcing clients and candidates enabling business development. Negotiating contracts and understanding the wants and needs of a client. Building your own business by having autonomy over your work from day 1. Networking to build personal relationships with clients and candidates to gain trust and create long lasting placements within the industry. Cold-calling, advertising, and headhunting.

Perfect Profile:

  • 2:1 or above from a top university
  • Minimum BBB at A-Level
  • Sales experience ideally cold calling, B2B or B2C
  • Talkative
