The Company
Founded by two best friends coming from the same company, they have created a business that gives you solid training to allow you to thrive and earn as much money as possible. With a focus on the tech markets, specifically AI and Cloud, which are spaces that are booming at the moment. Billing fees are as high as £400k+, you will be taking home a huge lump sum of this. This company values hard work, so they want hire individuals that have great financial drive, resilience and work ethic.
The Incentives
- £27.5k base salary with an increase to £32k once promoted
- 50% commission structure with no threshold on top of the base salary
- Average earnings are around £45k in your first year
- 28 days paid holiday + birthdays + bank holidays + 1 week at Christmas
- 2x Holiday incentives a year + annual ski holiday with the team
- Offices in both London and Austin, Texas
- Early finish Thursday and late start Friday
- Casual office attire
- Quarterly team incentives: Ascot, Winter Wonderland and spa days
The Job
- Business development: headhunt your own clients and show why they should trust you
- Source the candidate that they are looking for via cold calling, networking and headhunting through all platforms
- Organise timetables and interviews being the middleman between client and candidate
- Help them with tips and insider info for the interviews
- Get them an offer and negotiate the deal
- Make the placement!

- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Sales experience
- Confident people skills
