We are looking for someone who wants to hit the ground running, bill big numbers and earn some serious cash.

Ideal Candidate

  • Smart 2:1 or above in a degree of any discipline
  • Savvy – can think quick on their feet
  • Salesy – ideally some kind of background in sales or a proven knack for sales
  • Financially driven – will work hard to see the money come in, not expecting it handed to them
  • Competitive – sports background or a desire to work towards targets

Responsibilities

  • Fast-paced, sales-based role in the Finance space
  • Business development: find and work with your clients
  • Consulting: advise them on hiring plans and what their competitors are doing
  • Head-hunt: source the top talent and set up interviews
  • Prep: give insights into the companies and help your candidates succeed
  • Negotiate: debate the offer and secure a deal
  • MONEY – receive your commission!
