Ideal Candidate
- Smart 2:1 or above in a degree of any discipline
- Savvy – can think quick on their feet
- Salesy – ideally some kind of background in sales or a proven knack for sales
- Financially driven – will work hard to see the money come in, not expecting it handed to them
- Competitive – sports background or a desire to work towards targets
Responsibilities
- Fast-paced, sales-based role in the Finance space
- Business development: find and work with your clients
- Consulting: advise them on hiring plans and what their competitors are doing
- Head-hunt: source the top talent and set up interviews
- Prep: give insights into the companies and help your candidates succeed
- Negotiate: debate the offer and secure a deal
