The Role

• Client & Candidate Management – build lasting relationships, understand hiring needs, and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle
• Sourcing & Screening – identifying top talent, reviewing CVs, and interviewing candidates
• Sales & Business Development – grow your client base, win new business, and hit revenue targets
• Negotiation & Offer Management – manage offers, negotiate salaries, and secure successful placements
• Market Research & Networking – stay ahead of industry trends and expand your professional network
