My client is looking for 3 fresh graduates who are confident, charismatic and driven. They are expanding their Contract desk in the Tech space, a very fast-paced and buoyant market where a lot of money can be made. With classroom and hands-on training, you will be taught by the Managing Director and Top Billers so that you learn from the best and become as successful as possible. Focusing on markets within AI and Cloud, you will be an entrusted specialist within this niche industry, building relationships with the professionals within Tech.
Benefits:
- £27.5k base salary with an increase to £30k after 6 months once promoted
- 35% commission structure with no threshold
- OTE in year 1 £45k+; year 2 £70k+; year 3 £90k+
- Classroom and one-on-one training from the MD and Top Biller
- 25 days paid holiday + 2 weeks at Christmas + birthday
- Early finish Fridays
- Holiday incentives every year to Marrakesh, Ibiza, or Barcelona

Responsibilities:
- Cold calling, networking, headhunting in order to find clients and candidates to work with
- Build strong relationships so you become an entrusted specialist within the Tech space
- Market map so you can advise clients on hiring
- Source candidates to interview with your clients, organising the calls and guiding them through the process
- Negotiate and secure an offer
- Seal the deal and get your commission!
