- Sourcing and engaging software engineering talent
- Building long‐term relationships with candidates and clients
- Managing full recruitment lifecycle from first contact to job offer
- Winning new business and developing client accounts

- Developing expert knowledge of the international tech market
- Collaborating within a high‐performance recruitment team
- Developing business development skills through calls, meetings, and written communication
Qualifications
- A degree (or equivalent) in any discipline OR relevant experience in recruitment, sales, lettings, or customer‐facing roles
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High levels of motivation, ambition, and resilience
