About the Company
Winners of Fastest Growing Recruitment Company in EMEA at the Global Recruitment Awards, this rapidly scaling start-up is hiring five entry-level professionals to support their next phase of growth. Specialising in building Go-To-Market teams within the software sector, their mission is to transform the tech recruitment space. Both founders are £1M+ billers with a track record of developing high-performing consultants, many earning £750k+ within just three years. In just over a year, they have successfully opened their first international office, an achievement that typically takes most companies years. They have also hired one of the most respected leaders in US recruitment to accelerate their global expansion.
What’s On Offer
- £27,500 base salary with £45,000+ OTE in year one
- Salary increase to £32,500 upon your first promotion (typically within 6-9 months)
- 37 days paid holiday (25 standard, 4 wellbeing days per quarter, plus bank holidays)
- Four incentive trips per year including a Presidents Club (e.g., Dubai or skiing) and three European getaways (Ibiza, Mykonos, South of France)
- Regular lunch clubs at London’s top restaurants for high performers
- Average deal size of £30,000, with up to 30% commission and no threshold
- Comprehensive training delivered directly by the founders
- Direct access to C-Level clients from day one, regardless of your experience
The Role
You’ll be trained across the full recruitment lifecycle, gaining early responsibility and exposure:
- Client Engagement: Attend and shadow client briefings to understand their hiring needs, business culture, and team structure. Work closely with clients to refine job specs and ideal candidate profiles.
- Market Expertise: Conduct market mapping and competitor research to identify high-potential clients and candidates. Keep up with industry trends and developments in the tech space.
- Talent Acquisition: Source, engage, and assess top-tier candidates. Manage candidate pipelines, present shortlists to clients, and handle references and final-stage negotiations.
