Our client is a leading recruitment firm focusing on financial services, specifically Private Equity and Corporate Finance. They are looking for 4 ambitious graduates to join their team in January. With a hands-on training program by the Managing Directors, you will learn from the best recruiters in the space. People stay and work their way up through the company, with the top biller beginning as a grad and achieving high-value deals.

The Incentives

  • OTE of 45k+ in your first year
  • Base salary of 28k with a commission structure of 40% with no threshold

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

You will be building relationships and gaining the trust of your clients and candidates through in-depth conversations to understand their needs. You will be cold calling, head hunting, advertising and analysing data to find the right candidate for your client. As it is a sales-based role, you will need to sell your expertise to your client and candidate, convincing them that you are the best person to beat the competition in the industry. You will oversee and help your candidate through the interview process, giving advice on the best answers to difficult interview questions.

What You Need To Qualify - Graduate Recruitment Consultant

  • Degree educated from a top 50 university obtaining a 2:1 or above
  • Sports background whether that’s individual or in a team
  • Strong A-Levels Grade B and above
  • A good work ethic willing to put in the effort to succeed at the job
  • A real and solid financial motivation behind why you want to earn good money
