The Business – Finance Recruitment Consultant
Working across the Hedge Fund and Investment Banking space is one of the most profitable and lucrative within recruitment. You have access to some of the top organisations across the globe, and have the chance to travel to the US and Europe to meet with them.

- Starting salary of £26k rising with each promotion

The Role – Finance Recruitment Consultant
- Conducting business development to win new clients
- Meeting with clients to understand their ethos, values, and hiring requirements
- Mapping the market and identifying the top individuals in that area for your client
- Approaching passive candidates and pitching your client’s opportunity
- Shortlisting candidates for your clients
- Managing the interview process from start to finish
- Negotiating contracts on behalf of your candidates
- Building up an online brand and presence to encourage inbound business
