The Role

As an Executive Search Consultant, you will:

  • Conduct briefing calls to gather critical info and understand client priorities
  • Prepare briefing packs and calibration interviews to align on strategy
  • Conduct talent mapping & sourcing, building longlists of high potential candidates
  • Manage candidate selection, interviews, and targeted referencing
  • Present shortlist of 5+ qualified candidates to clients
  • Oversee offer negotiation, placement, and onboarding assistance

Who We're Looking For

  • Degree-educated (2:1 or above) from a top university
  • Previous internships highly desirable
  • Ambitious, with a desire to build a long-term career in executive search
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders
