The Benefits
- £34k base salary with a discretionary bonus up to £17k in year 1!

The Role
- Market Research - Analyse trends, target industries, and competitor activity to provide clients with strategic insights.
- Market Mapping - Conduct detailed research to identify industry landscapes, key players, organisational structures, and potential talent pools.
- Candidate Sourcing - Using databases, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach to identify and connect top-tier talent.
- Client Reporting - Present detailed market maps, candidate profiles, and regular updates on search processes to clients.
- Relationship Building - Establish and sustain long-term partnerships with clients and candidates to secure successful placements.
- Screening & Assessment - Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluations to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural alignment with the clients.
- Process Coordination - Oversee timelines and workflows for each search, ensuring seamless communication and adherence to deadlines.
The Ideal Candidate
- Graduated from a top university with a 2:1 or above
- Commercial experience or internship is highly sought after!
- Ability to hold your own with senior individuals
- Ambitious with the desire to work your way up the career ladder
- Confident and articulate
