The Role – Executive Search Consultant

You\’ll be trusted with real responsibility from day one. Your key work will include:

• Partnering closely with your manager to learn best-in-class search methods
• Developing a deep understanding of client businesses
• Researching global financial markets and key industry players
• Market mapping to find high-calibre talent
• Speaking with senior executives to assess expertise and values
• Building shortlists and coordinating interview processes
• Producing market-trend reports
• Consistently working toward and surpassing targets

The Ideal Candidate – Executive Search Consultant

We\’re looking for individuals with the ambition and resilience to excel:

• Degree (2:1 or above) in any discipline
• Evidence of balancing work with studies (part-time work, internship, placement, etc.)
• Resilient, driven, and motivated by results
• Curious about business and financial markets

Confident communicator, on the phone and in person
