The Role Executive Search Consultant

• Conduct in-depth market research, identifying key candidates and tracking industry trends.
• Create market maps and develop insightful reports on executive talent.
• Analyse competitors and forecast market movements.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior executives and clients.
• Attend high-level client meetings and provide strategic updates.
