I am working exclusively with a boutique executive search firm who want to grow from 10 to 13 heads. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside the best consultants in the industry who bring in £1million+ of business each year. Gain direct training from the directors who have 50 years combined experience in the industry to become an expert, and gain deep knowledge of the Commodities space. This will allow you to advise your clients and head‑hunt the best professionals across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

- Discretionary bonuses: OTE £45k in Year 1

The Role
- Market Research: Evaluate industry trends, target sectors, and competitor movements to deliver strategic insights for clients.
- Market Mapping: Perform in‑depth research to map out key organisations and personnel, and highlight relevant talent pools.
- Candidate Sourcing: Leverage databases, professional platforms, referrals, and proactive outreach to discover and engage high‑calibre candidates.
- Client Reporting: Provide clients with comprehensive market maps, curated candidate profiles, and consistent updates on the progress of search assignments.
