The Role – Executive Search Consultant Market Research – Analyse trends, target industries, and competitor activity to provide clients with strategic insights. Market Mapping – Conduct detailed research to identify industry landscapes, key players, organisational structures and potential talent pools. Candidate Sourcing – Using databases, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach to identify and connect top-tier talent. Client Reporting – Present detailed market maps, candidate profiles, and regular updates on search processes to clients. Relationship Building – Establish and sustain long-term partnerships with clients and candidates to secure successful placements. Screening & Assessment – Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluations to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural alignment with the clients.
