Role

  • Briefing call – gathering critical role information, identifying core competencies and clarifying client priorities.
  • Briefing pack + calibration interview – deliver a target list, in‑depth role description and recruitment strategy.
  • Talent mapping & sourcing – ongoing creation of long‑list of high‑potential executives.
  • Candidate selection via interviews, regular client meetings and targeted informal referencing.
  • Short‑list presentation – ideally 5 qualified candidates and formal referencing.
  • Candidate selection – offer negotiation / placement and onboarding assistance.

Requirements

  • Degree educated from a top university with a 2:1 or above.
  • Internships highly desirable.
  • Ambitious with a desire to build a long and successful career within the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with high‑level stakeholders.
