Role
- Briefing call – gathering critical role information, identifying core competencies and clarifying client priorities.
- Briefing pack + calibration interview – deliver a target list, in‑depth role description and recruitment strategy.
- Talent mapping & sourcing – ongoing creation of long‑list of high‑potential executives.
- Candidate selection via interviews, regular client meetings and targeted informal referencing.
- Short‑list presentation – ideally 5 qualified candidates and formal referencing.
- Candidate selection – offer negotiation / placement and onboarding assistance.
Requirements
- Degree educated from a top university with a 2:1 or above.
- Internships highly desirable.
- Ambitious with a desire to build a long and successful career within the industry.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with high‑level stakeholders.
