We are looking for two bright individuals to join the team as Researchers within an Executive Search firm focusing on the Investment Banking, Quant, and Wealth Management sector!
This is a really exciting time to join the business as we have just opened a new office in New York and already have plans to open an office in Singapore! Since our inception, just 11 years ago, we have grown the business to 45 heads and are well on our way to being the top search firm in sourcing CEO, CFO, CTO, and other Board level roles for the financial markets.
You will be trained in consultative selling, meaning you will learn everything you need to know about the financial markets to ensure full ability to advise your network properly. You will also have access to a lot of data analysis training, and the opportunity to progress rapidly.
The Perks:
- Base salary of £33,000 rising to £35,000 after your 6-month probation period
- Quarterly bonus for achieving target, taking your OTE up to £54,000 in year one

The Role:
- Sitting in on client briefings to fully understand their offering and the type of individual they are looking for
- Market mapping - identifying the right talent for your clients through networking sites
- Managing the end-to-end interview process and supporting the team in any administrative duties
- Ensuring you consult and advise your candidates and clients based on market trends and conditions
- Completing data analysis and report writing following any searches to help consult and educate your network
The Ideal Experience:
- University educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Experience working in a commercial environment (internships, placement year, etc.)
- Emotional intelligence and excellent problem-solving skills
- Confidence speaking with high level stakeholders
- Articulate and motivated to succeed
