About The Company – Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant
A truly international company, my client has over 30 years of experience working global Data and Tech markets. They are looking to bring on 4 driven recruiters during an exciting period of expansion for the business after a record-breaking H1 this year!
They are on the hunt for ambitious and hard-working individuals who arent afraid to put the work in, in order to be rewarded. This agency is keen to get their trainees up and running, and get them making deals immediately, with their top rookie of the year landing a £15k deal within just two months of starting!

What You Will Be Doing – Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant
As an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant, you will immerse yourself in the tech recruitment sector, researching and learning industry trends, and building the confidence to become knowledgeable in your sector.
The day-to-day will consist of sourcing and reaching out to great candidates, negotiating offers, and building long-lasting relationships. You will also be liaising with FTSE 500 clients to understand their hiring needs and what their perfect candidate looks like. Get stuck in immediately to develop you confidence and expertise in order to make deals and earn commission!!
About You – Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant
- Degree-educated with a grade of 2:1 and above (subject doesnt matter)
- Strong work experience to prove what hard graft looks like
- Personal and professional achievements including sports
- Evidence of being money-motivated and goal-orientated
