The Role: Consultancy Sales Development Representative (Graduate – 2:1 preferred or direct sales experience)
Location: London (Elizabeth Line Near Stratford)
Salary: ÂŁ25-30k base + uncapped commission (OTE ÂŁ40+k Year 1)
Start: January
Training:
- 2 weeks intense training
- Direct training from both founders
- On‑the‑job training & monthly 1‑1 appraisals
- Quarterly workshops with outside trainers & experts

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identify and engage C‑suite executives, founders, and senior decision‑makers
- Build strong relationships with prospects through calls, emails & LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads and uncover business challenges, priorities, and opportunities
- Book high‑value meetings for senior consultants and account directors
- Craft targeted outreach messages and personalised sequences
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and notes in the CRM
- Collaborate closely with the team to support wider sales campaigns
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate (2:1 preferred) or direct sales experience
- Confident, articulate communicator
- Competitive, resilient, and financially motivated
- Someone who thrives in a smaller environment where impact is visible
