The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment cycle from client acquisition to final placement.

• Client acquisition: Build new relationships, pitch services and understand hiring needs to develop long‑term partnerships
• Candidate sourcing & screening: Find candidates via networking, referrals, databases and direct approaches; assess suitability via interviews and CV reviews
• Offer negotiation & placement: Act as the intermediary between clients and candidates, managing expectations and facilitating offers
• Market research & insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
• Job promotion: Create and advertise roles across multiple channels, including social media and job boards

Qualifications

• Degree‑educated or with a commercial background (sales, consultancy, sports professionals, graduate schemes)
• Highly competitive and driven, ideally with sports or competitive hobbies
• Financially motivated with a strong desire to succeed
