The Role
- As a Trainee Recruiter, you'll dive straight into the action.
- Cold calling potential clients and candidates, building relationships and handling rejection like a pro
- Guiding candidates through every step of the hiring process – offering expert support and negotiation

- Researching your niche, staying ahead of market trends in your tech vertical
