By analysing their market thoroughly, they have now become one of the most trusted recruitment firms within their sector, and consequently are looking for their new hires to maintain their reputation and boost their rapport with clients.

The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Base salary of £27k with OTE in year one of £55k!
• Unmatched career progression – ability to be promoted within 4-6 months
• One to one training from the directors to fast track your knowledge on the industry
• Work from home 1-2 days once promoted and hitting targets

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Fast paced sales-based role
• Doing your own business development and trying to convince candidates to leave their current roles to join your client
• Bringing them through the interview processes and guiding their answers to get them placed
• Finding clients and candidates by cold calling, headhunting, networking and LinkedIn

The Ideal Candidate for the Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Solid sales experience – e.g. Tele sales or B2B
• Degree educated from a Redbrick university
• Competitive
• Sporty
• Hard working and resilient
• Confident with their communication skills
• Charismatic
• Personable
