Retinue Solutions is seeking a delivery-focused MSP lead to ensure successful service delivery and performance within the MSP scope. This is a hands-on role with end-to-end process ownership for the allocated client or client business areas.
You will lead the team, manage KPIs/SLAs, escalation handling and continuous improvement initiatives while engaging with recruitment partners and client stakeholders to maximise value.
