We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Operations Executive to join a fast-paced team that delivers both large-scale exhibitions and smaller conferences across a range of exciting sectors, including technology and more. You’ll be part of a supportive operations team, helping to bring professional events to life, from planning through to on-site delivery.
In this role, you will:
- Support the operations team in delivering two major tech exhibitions and several smaller conferences.
- Gain exposure to all aspects of event operations, including logistics, supplier coordination, and on-site support.
- Develop skills in customer service by assisting exhibitors and sponsors with their stand and event needs.
- Help manage elements such as signage, AV, catering, and sponsored items.
- Contribute to creating exhibitor manuals and health & safety documentation.
- Work closely with event producers, directors, and fellow team members to ensure seamless delivery.
- Track budgets, raise purchase orders, and help ensure cost-effective operations.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
