We’re looking for a creative and highly organised Junior Conference Producer to join our fast-growing team working at the heart of the digital marketing and creator economy industries. This role is perfect for someone with a bit of experience in commercial conference production who is ready to take the next step in their career.
You’ll work alongside a collaborative and ambitious team to build world-class event agendas, connect with senior-level speakers, and help shape inclusive and engaging content experiences.
What you’ll do:
- Research industry trends and build strong relationships with thought leaders
- Develop compelling, commercially-focused event content
- Coordinate with speakers and stakeholders from across the digital marketing space
- Manage programming formats including panels, workshops, and roundtables
- Support digital content creation aligned with the live agenda
- Ensure our content reflects a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion
