About the Role

The Senior Campaign Manager will play a pivotal role within the marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing. You’ll lead the strategy and execution of campaign plans for two flagship events, driving audience acquisition, engagement, and retention.

We’re looking for someone who is both analytical and creative, a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, and someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment. You’ll be experienced in crafting and optimising multi-channel campaigns, working with internal teams and external partners, and using data to drive decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead marketing campaign strategies across key events, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Present plans and performance updates clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
  • Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise performance.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of campaign plans, coordinating internal resources and external vendors.
  • Write and review compelling, on-brand marketing copy for various promotional materials.
  • Leverage business intelligence, customer insights, and industry data to shape campaign direction.
  • Own all marketing performance reporting – from weekly KPIs and forecasting to post-event analysis and recommendations.
  • Manage the campaign budget and suggest cost-effective strategies for growth.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and identify tools and innovations that support strategic objectives.
  • Ensure all campaigns are rooted in customer data, feedback, and research.
  • Stay engaged with industry developments through events, articles, podcasts, and webinars.

What You’ll Need

  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, especially for direct response marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience running integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
