- Empower clients to understand their rights and support self-advocacy.
- Provide statutory and non-statutory advocacy in various settings, including secure facilities, hospitals, care homes, and clients\’ homes.
Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion:
We value diversity and inclusiveness, supporting staff networks for various communities, including ethnically diverse, LGBTQIA+, neurodiverse, and disabled colleagues. We are an accredited Disability Confident Employer and a signatory to the Race at Work Charter. We encourage applications from all backgrounds and experiences to reflect the diverse communities we serve.

We aim to become a truly anti-racist organization through our Race Equality Action Plan, holding ourselves accountable and making tangible progress towards this goal.
