Rethink Mental Illness is recruiting an Apprentice Health and Wellbeing Coach to join the Prisons and Criminal Justice Care Navigation team in the North East. This fixed-term apprenticeship combines on-the-job learning with a Level 2 Diploma delivered by Lifetime Training.
You will support people leaving prison to access health and wellbeing services, assist with assessments, care planning and wellbeing activities, and collaborate with partner agencies to help individuals achieve personal goals.
