Part-time role available – 22 hours per week – Includes night and weekend work – Rota basis.

Enhancement Payments: £50 - Per sleep in (8 hours), £0.86 - Unsocial Hours, 1.5 x hourly rate - Bank Holiday.

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for an experienced and caring Mental Health Recovery Worker to join our dedicated team at Grove Court – a CQC Registered Nursing home supporting individuals with severe and enduring mental health challenges.

About Grove Court:

  • We are a welcoming 12 bed registered Residential Care Home, supporting a mixed gender group of adults living with severe mental illness.
  • Our home is designed to provide a safe, calm, and supportive environment where every person is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
  • Our team works together to provide care 24 hours a day, ensuring residents receive consistent support whenever they need it.

What will you do?

  • Supporting individuals on their recovery journey, helping them build skills, confidence and independence.
  • Providing one to one key worker support and building positive, professional relationships.
  • Carrying out assessments and developing personalised support and safety plans.
  • Encouraging people to manage their mental and physical wellbeing.
  • Supporting individuals with daily living skills and accessing community services.
  • Liaising with mental health agencies, professionals and community groups.
  • Contributing to safeguarding and promoting a safe, supportive environment.
  • Keeping accurate records, monitoring progress and sharing information with the team.
  • Helping improve the service by offering feedback and supporting colleagues.
  • Involved in nursing services 24/7, may undertake basic personal care tasks as outlined in the care plan (support with eating, drinking, toileting, washing, bathing, dressing, oral care, skin and hair care).
