Your role

Rethink Mental Illness are an organisation whose common purpose is to help those who are severely impacted by mental illness. We are looking for a Mental Health Support Worker to join their passionate and friendly team at our Price of Peace Service in Hatherleigh. Working pattern – Rota Basis – Working three x 8 hour shifts per week. Two of these shifts will be 3pm-11pm, followed by two sleep shifts, 11pm-8am.

Overview Of a Mental Health Support Worker Role

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will offer people affected by mental illness the support and help they need to regain their confidence and get involved in everyday social and workplace activities. You will be working closely with service users to achieve their own personal goals and access all the support they need on their recovery journey.
