Rethink Mental Illness is seeking a Head of Area to lead our Midlands services within the Central Regional Services team.
You will drive partnerships with NHS ICSs, Local Authorities and government programmes, shaping care delivery and expanding our service offering to improve lives affected by mental illness.
You will oversee Service Managers and Contract Managers, ensuring safe, person-centred care, compliance with contracts, and delivery of outcomes in line with corporate strategy.
