About The Role
You’ll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our London Relevant Person’s Representative (RPR) service, working closely with the London RPR Advocacy Manager. You’ll provide day-to-day supervision, guidance and support to a group of RPRs, ensuring high-quality advocacy support for individuals across multiple London boroughs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting and supervising RPRs in their day-to-day casework and practice
- Providing guidance on legal frameworks, quality standards and safeguarding
- Monitoring performance, identifying trends, and escalating concerns where needed
- Carrying out case audits and supporting service improvements
- Assisting with case allocation and service delivery planning
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Promoting a culture of openness, learning and continuous improvement
About You
We’re looking for someone who is both people-focused and quality-driven, with the confidence to support others and address challenges constructively.
You Will Have:
- A qualification in advocacy (essential)
- Experience supervising or supporting colleagues in a practice-based environment
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and legal frameworks
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive or complex situations
- Confidence in identifying and addressing performance or practice issues
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Good IT skills (including Microsoft Office and case management systems)
- Ability to travel across London
