Rethink Mental Illness is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to join our East Kent service, covering Thanet, Folkestone, Hythe and surrounding areas.

This field-based, 21-hour per week role focuses on helping people with mental health to find paid employment aligned to their goals.

You will build relationships with employers, provide in-work support, and work with the IPS team to deliver recovery-focused, person-centered services across East Kent.
