Rethink Mental Illness is hiring an IPS Employment Specialist for East Kent, covering Thanet, Folkestone, Hythe & Romney Marsh, Canterbury, Dover, Deal and Ashford.

This part-time role (21 hours) offers a pro rata salary of £14,726.95.

You will work one-to-one with people seeking paid employment, helping them set goals, build confidence and secure roles that fit their skills.

Expect community-based, collaborative support across the IPS team.
